Steps we are taking with the ongoing threat of Coronavirus

We are taking protective measures against the virus by limiting our exposure during our daily activities. We have a 3-stage plan to protect both ourselves and our customers. 

STAGE 1 - No close contact

We will not be entering any households when delivering, especially if the driver or customer is exhibiting any symtoms of being sick. if you require assistance bringing your order inside your home, you will need to arrange for that assistance prior to dellivery.

STAGE 2 - Drop-off, no contact/no hand-off of orders

We will drop your delivery off, however, we will not be able to do any card or cash transactions at your door that is handed to us (no contact, so you won't be able to sign for card transactions).  You will need to leave payment in cash or cards outside your door and we will make change or run cards when we arrive. In order to comply with State mandated social distancing rules, please do not open your door to retrieve your delivery until we have moved 6ft away from the receiving area. We will not be able to hand off orders at your door. If you are of the 65 or older age group, we strongly suggest having your card on file temporarily with us to prevent any risk of transmission of the virus. For large orders you may wish to place a cart or some other device with wheels outside your door to aid in transporting your delivery inside. 

 

STAGE 3 - Drop-off ONLY, No Contact

NO CARD OR CASH TRANSACTIONS AT YOUR DOOR. All orders will need to be pre-paid over the phone. When we arrive, please do not open your door to retrieve your delivery until we have moved 6ft away from the receiving area. We will not be able to hand off orders at your door. For large orders you may wish to place a cart or some other device with wheels outside your door to aid in transporting your delivery inside. 

Since this is the most extreme stage, all delivery requests will be thoroghly scrutinized and if there is any possiblility for exposure to us, we wil refuse the order. If you live in a retirement facility, stay in a motel, or other managed apartment-type complex, all orders will be left at a Front Desk, OR we may ask that a staff member retrieve your order
